Delivery
The appointed delivery carrier of VSL3.co.uk is Royal Mail and all orders purchased from VSL3.co.uk will be delivered by Royal Mail.
All "cold packaged" delivery options will be delivered via Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery as standard and include wool insulation and added cool gel pack
"Ambient Delivery" options will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked as standard, but Customers may upgrade to 24hr tracked at check out for and added cost of £1.99.
All delivery times and expected arrival dates are intended as guides only. Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times. Please see here for further details.
If you place your order before 1pm on a working day then your order will be dispatched on that same working day - subject to Royal mail conditions, excluding bank holidays.
Any orders placed after 1pm on a working day or on a non-working day, will be dispatched the following working day.
Working days for dispatch of products are Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays. See Royal Mail for more information on working delivery days.
Our delivery covers the entirety of the United Kingdom, subject to Royal Mail coverage, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

Refunds and Returns:
If we deliver a product that has not met your expectations, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to investigate the situation and replace the product if necessary.
If you have changed your mind about the product you have ordered, you will be able to get a full refund, providing you return the product within 14 days of receiving it. You will have to pay the costs of return. Once the product has been received and reviewed, we will issue a refund via the method of payment you originally used.
If you subscribe to regular scheduled purchases (subscribe and save) then you will not be eligible for the 14-day cool-off period but we will investigate any issue and recompense you if appropriate.
