Making your love some chocolatey treats or an elaborate dinner are romantic ways to celebrate Valentine's Day. Then again, there's no reason to spend the special day in the kitchen to help Cupid's arrow hit its mark. Keep it simple but still super special by trying an indulgent-tasting smoothie and make your day and your sweetheart's a little rosier.
What You'll Need
1 1/2 cups of pomegranate juice
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 cups plain or vanilla yoghurt
1 sachet of VSL#3®
Put the pomegranate juice, raspberries and yogurt into a blender. Pulse until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish if desired with fresh raspberries and blueberries.
