What You'll Need
1 sachet of VSL#3®
1 banana, frozen
1/2 cup oat milk
1 small carrot, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup carrot juice
Add all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Add more carrot juice if needed to adjust the consistency. Pour into two glasses and enjoy!
