What You’ll Need
1 sachet of VSL#3
1/2 cup rolled oats
A cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
6 dates, pitted
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 cup of coconut milk
Add all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
