What You’ll Need
1 sachet of VSL#3
A frozen peeled banana, broken into 3–4 chunks
A cup of almond milk
A tablespoon of almond butter
1/8 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract (optional)
Add the VSL#3, banana, almond milk, almond butter, and almond extract, in a blender and process until smooth.
