VSL#3 contains live freeze-dried bacteria, as such it must be kept refrigerated. It can stay out of the fridge for up to seven days but after that, it needs to be stored in the fridge.

To take VSL#3 just rip open one of the sachets and sprinkle, stir or blend onto any cold food or non-fizzy drink – it’s super easy to include into your daily routine!

We recommend starting on half a sachet for the first 2–3 days to allow your gut to acclimatise to the bacteria before moving up to a full sachet once a day.
